The PVC Coated Flexible Air Duct Pipe is made of PVC synthetic material with an embedded rigid plastic rib spiral framework. It features smooth inner and outer walls, a small bending radius, and good negative pressure resistance. The material is formulated with anti-aging and UV-resistant additives, ensuring excellent aging resistance.

Applications

Lightweight and transparent, the PVC Coated Flexible Air Duct Pipe offers excellent weather resistance and high negative pressure resistance. It is suitable for use in industrial, agricultural, water conservancy, and air-conditioning ventilation systems. The hose can transport gases, soldering fumes, and dust with moderate wear resistance. It is also used for the vacuum suction of powder and granular materials, as well as for conveying water and oil in civil engineering applications. This makes it an ideal alternative to traditional rubber hoses and metal hoses.
